TransGuard® is TransFirst’s innovative retention tool that allows us and our partners to predict merchant attrition and proactively work to retain merchant accounts. While we can’t give away our proprietary secrets, TransGuard’s advanced algorithms know when your merchants are shopping around.

Each morning, TransGuard produces a list of merchants that appear to be shopping and alerts our retention department and our sales partners so that we can retain the account. This technology will maintain your portfolio, prolonging residuals and minimizing customer replacement costs.
